Our Customer Service Team is called the V-Squad. The V-Squad is available to answer any questions you may have by email Monday-Friday at Info@TheVixenVault.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. 

 

 

How Do I Place An Order?

​All orders are placed at www.thevixenvault.com by using the shopping cart. The Shopping cart will direct you to PayPal to process your payment securely. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase - you can pay with a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

 

Please be sure to provide the correct billing information for your payment method, as incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order.

 

 

Payment Processing

Paypal is the method used to process your payments. PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Your purchase and payment information will be processed through secured servers. No information is stored, saved, or documented for future use. Once your one-time payment is complete, your information will be deleted from the system.

 

Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from PayPal. You will also receive a confirmation email from The V-Squad (customer service) within 1-2 business days after your order clears. Business days are Monday at 8am - Friday at 5pm. 

 

 

Exchange and Cancellation

All purchases are final. No refunds. 

 

Cancellations must take place within 48 hours of your initial order. To cancel, send an email to info@thevixenvault.com wit your Full Name, Order Date, Email Address, and reasoning for cancel. 

 

 

Sizing

Items in The Vault are true to size. Any size or fit specifics can be found in the product description.
