Shipping & Deliveries

 

We use United States Postal Service (USPS) to delivery packages within the US and aboard. 

  

FREE SHIPPING US on all orders $100 or more!

 

United States Shipping Rates: 

All orders shipped within the US are only $9.95 and we get it to you super quick with priority mail delivery service! 

Priority mail delivers in 2-4 business days. (Please note this is an estimate and USPS doesn't guarantee deliver dates for priority mail.)

Express mail delivers in 1-2 business days FLAT RATE SHIPPING AND HANDLING: $25  (All express packages are shipped same day if order is place before 12 pm central standard time. All order placed after 12 pm will be shipped on the following business day)

 

Tracking information will be issued upon shipment - the day your package ships, an email will be sent via Stamps.com to the email address entered at the point of purchase.

 

If your tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your package will have to be retrieved fro your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved they will return it back to our shipping facility.

 

International Shipping delivers in 9-14 business days. (Please note this doesn't include if the package is held by customs.)

 

The Vixen Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office.  All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

 

 

Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (not including shipping) shipping charges will not be refunded. Please carefully check your address. In the event that a customer request for their order to be reshipped there will be a $6 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
